Accounting.Az is looking for an Accounting Intern to help develop future professionals in the field. Selected candidates will receive both theoretical and practical training during the internship. Those who successfully complete the program will be offered a permanent position in our company.
At our company, every intern in the accounting program can grow step by step, from an intern to a senior specialist. All training is provided by the company, and full support is given to help you achieve your career goals.
What will you learn?
During the internship, you will be involved in the following tasks and trained by experienced accountants:
- Entering daily transactions and accounting records into accounting software
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual tax and statistical reports
- Processing bank payments and ensuring proper documentation
- Preparing e-invoices and monitoring company accounts in the online tax system
- Calculating salaries, leave payments, and other employee-related payments
- Completing other tasks assigned by management
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree graduates or master’s students in accounting, tax, economics, or finance
- No prior work experience required
- Availability for a full-time internship
- Knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, intermediate level of English (Russian is a plus)
- Progress in international accounting certifications such as ACCA or CIMA is an advantage
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and accountability skills
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Internship program structure
- The internship lasts 3 months (can be extended up to 1 additional month if needed for training)
- Training sessions are provided, and work processes are taught throughout the program
- Participants take exams after each training session
- Only those who successfully pass the final evaluation are offered employment
- The internship program is unpaid
